In one project, a municipal integrator installed our 10.1-inch sunlight-readable panel PCs on a fleet of smart waste collection vehicles. The units were equipped with:

- High-brightness optical bonded display for clear visibility under direct sunlight  

- Fanless aluminum housing for shock resistance and passive cooling  

- Wide voltage input (9~36V) to adapt to unstable vehicle power systems  

- GPS interface and sealed connectors for navigation and environmental durability  

To enhance visual clarity and environmental resistance, the touchscreens adopt optical bonding technology — a method of laminating the touch panel and LCD using optical adhesive. This significantly improves light transmission, resulting in sharper, more vibrant visuals. More importantly, optical bonding prevents internal fogging caused by humidity or sudden temperature changes — a common issue in waste management vehicles that operate in rainy or high-humidity environments.

Additionally, the adjustable mounting brackets support multiple fixed angles, allowing drivers of different heights to comfortably view and operate the screen. This ergonomic flexibility improves usability and safety during daily operations.These devices are mounted in the vehicle cabins to assist drivers with route guidance, real-time task management, and remote communication with dispatch centers. Optional automatic brightness adjustment, touch input, and stainless steel support brackets enhance both functionality and reliability.
